Great Six Pack Video From a Personal Trainer

Remember what I said in the last post about being careful not to injure your back while you're exercising your abs? Well, I found a good video made by a personal trainer that shows you one of the ways to help protect your back while working on your six pack. Enjoy!

Beware of the Wrong Kind of Ab Exercises

Exercising Incorrectly Can Do More Harm Than Good

I just wanted to write a warning about doing abdominal exercises incorrectly. No matter how badly you want that ripped set of abs, it's not worth injuring your back.

You have to remember that for each set of muscles in the body, there is a corresponding set that has the opposite action. The two sets balance each other out, if you will. The balancers for your abdominal muscles are the muscles in your lower back.

Very few people regularly exercise their lower back muscles. This means that they are weak in much of the population. This is one of the reasons that lower back injury is the leading cause of work loss injuries in the United States.

Doing extensive exercises to lose your belly fat and tone your abs can put tremendous extra strain on the muscles of your back if you don't do corresponding exercises to strengthen them at the same time.

Read this article on wikiHow to see what I mean. And you should always consult your physician before starting any exercise regimen.

Six Pack Exercises doesn't have a flashy name, but it can certainly turn out the results.

There are lots of programs on the market that promise to give you a '6 Pack' of lean, sexy abdominal muscles. Unfortunately, most of these programs will cost you a pretty penny. Not so with Six Pack Exercises.

The young man who put this system together, Ryan Daniels, is just a normal guy who had an all-too-common problem. His gut was fat. He spent a lot of time and a lot of money trying to find a solution.

Eventually, Ryan pared down everything he'd learned into a simple, workable program. And he's willing to share what he knows with you, for a very reasonable price.
